Information and requirements for submitting your manuscript
Thank you for considering Widya Prima Publishing for your research. To ensure a smooth editorial process and maintain the high quality of our publications, we request that all authors strictly adhere to the following formatting and submission guidelines. Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria may be returned to the authors prior to peer review
General Requirements
Originality: The manuscript must represent original, unpublished work that is not currently under review by any other journal or publisher
Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear, grammatically correct English (or specify if you accept Indonesian/bilingual)
Plagiarism: All submissions will undergo a similarity check using Turnitin/iThenticate. The maximum acceptable similarity index is [e.g., 20%]
Authorship: All listed authors must have significantly contributed to the research and agreed to the final submitted version
File Format: Please submit your document in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format
Length: Manuscripts should be between [e.g., 4,000 to 7,000] words, excluding references
Font & Spacing: Use Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing
Structure: Standard academic structure is expected (IMRAD):
Title: Concise and informative
Abstract: Maximum [e.g., 250] words, summarizing the objective, method, results, and conclusion. Include 3-5 keywords
Introduction: Background, problem statement, and research objectives
Methods: Clear description of research design, data collection, and analysis
Results & Discussion: Findings and their interpretation in the context of existing literature
Conclusion: Main findings, limitations, and future research directions
All citations and references must follow the [e.g., APA 7th Edition / IEEE / Chicago] style. We highly recommend using reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote to ensure accuracy
